Teperberg 1870

The Teperberg 1870 vision is to stand among the leading forces of Israel's wine culture. Powered by a strong passion for wine and the passing down of expertise by six Teperberg generations, the Winery transforms its vision into reality while standing in the forefront of technology and maintaining its steadfast innovation. Holding true to its vision, the Teperberg Winery is currently hard at work in redefining the word ‘quality'. This includes establishing a state of the art winery which will operate by using the field's most advanced technology, planting vineyards in high quality regions, investment in advanced manufacturing technologies and the fine-tuning of the distribution system, among others.

The new winery is currently in the making on a 2 Hectars area, located at the heart of Judean lowland vineyards at the foothills of the Judean Mountains - Israel's most prominent wine tourism route. The Winery is focused on increasing its production to 7 million bottles a year and the construction of a visitors' center. Israel's forth largest winery, Teperberg 1870 exports first class wines to more then 22 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, France, England, Australia and more.

Teperberg 1870 new series are highly acclaimed by wine enthusiasts and have received numerous international prestigious awards. This overwhelming success is due to the marriage between the adopted "New World" philosophy of the Winery's chief winemaker Shiki Rauchberger and the ingeniousness of his French wine traditionalist colleague, Olivier Fratty.

Following the vision, the winery is currently in the middle of re-branding its quality wine series - Silver, Terra and Reserve. The re-branding included updating the series' labels in order to create a cohesive look that would simplify identifying the wines from Teperberg 1870 Winery.
